Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all locations within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Options and Costs
• Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) – £4.99
• Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – £8.99
• Free Standard Delivery on orders over £75
Delivery times may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or attempt delivery again. You may also receive instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
